Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Large Onion Finely Chopped
- 500g Glenkilrie Venison Mince
- 400g Chopped Tomatoes
- Kidney Beans
- 1 tbsp – Ground Coriander
- 1 tbsp – Ground Cumin
- 1 1/2 tbsp – Chilli Powder
- 2 tbsp – Tomatoes Puree
- 2 tsps – Caster Sugar
- Salt and Pepper
Method
Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and cook until turning golden brown. Add mince to brown. Once browned stir in Ground Cumin, Coriander, Chilli Powder, Sugar and Tomato Puree. Cook for 5 minutes. Stir in chopped tomatoes and kidney beans and simmer for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper.
Serve with rice and tortilla chips. YUM!
