Did you know Glenshee translates to Glen of The Fairies?
There is a beautifully written book by Antony Mackenzie Smith – Glenshee: Glen of the Fairies, documenting 500 years of life and legend in a highland glen. The book features a lovely poem by William Thomson, The Shepherd of Glenshee, and this was read at our wedding by Andrew’s elder sister Claire.
