1kg Glenkilrie Rolled Beef Brisket
2 Small Finely chopped Red Onions
2 Minced Cloves of Garlic
2 Cups of Tomato Ketchup
1/2 Cup of Water
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar
1/2 Cup Soft Brown Sugar
4 Tsp of Paprika
2 Tsp Chili Powder
1 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
Put all BBQ Sauce ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well. Place beef in the sauce and cook on high heat until beef is tender and falls apart. Approximately 10 Hours.
