Venison Chilli

Ingredients 

  • 1  tbsp Olive Oil 
  • 1  Large Onion Finely Chopped
  • 500g Glenkilrie Venison Mince 
  • 400g Chopped Tomatoes
  • Kidney Beans 
  • 1 tbsp – Ground Coriander
  • 1 tbsp – Ground Cumin 
  • 1 1/2 tbsp – Chilli Powder
  • 2 tbsp – Tomatoes Puree
  • 2 tsps – Caster Sugar
  • Salt and Pepper 

Method 
Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and cook until turning golden brown. Add mince to brown. Once browned stir in Ground Cumin, Coriander, Chilli Powder, Sugar and Tomato Puree. Cook for 5 minutes.  Stir in chopped tomatoes and kidney beans and simmer for 15 minutes, season with salt and pepper. 

Serve with rice and tortilla chips. YUM!
