Rice Salad
1 Cup of Long Grain Rice
2 Heaped Tablespoons of Medium Curry Powder
1 Finely Chopped Red Onion
2 Chopped Apples
1 Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 Cup of Raisins
Boil rice with curry powder for 7 minutes or until cooked. Run cold water through the rice
until cold then drain. Add all other ingredients.
Homemade Coleslaw
1/2 Small Red Cabbage finely sliced
1/2 Small White Cabbage finely sliced
2 Carrots Grated
1/4 Red Onion Grated
1 Cup Mayonnaise
1 Cup Salad Cream
Combine all ingredients
Pasta Salad
2 Cups Fusilli Pasta
1 Tin of Tuna
1/2 Cup Tomato sauce
1/2 Cup Salad Cream
1 Tin of Pineapple Slices Chopped
1 Red Onion finely chopped
1/2 Cucumber Chopped
1 Red Pepper Diced
200g Cheddar Cheese Cubed
